02 Eligibility & Registration

03 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your SpotBet account. Never share your password or login credentials with anyone.

• If you log in on a public or shared device, always log out when your session is over.
• If someone accesses your account without your permission, contact SpotBet support immediately.
• You are responsible for all transactions made on your account — including those made by a third party.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on SpotBet:

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit is 200 BDT. Maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits are usually instant. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Using a third party's payment method is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Each withdrawal request is processed within 10 minutes to 24 hours.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• In cases of suspicious activity, SpotBet may temporarily hold a withdrawal pending investigation.

05 Bonus and Promotion Terms

SpotBet bonuses and promotions come with their own terms, which are clearly communicated with each offer. General rules include:

• Each bonus offer may be used once per member unless otherwise stated.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 15–30x the bonus amount.
• The games eligible for bonus wagering will be clearly stated in each offer.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• SpotBet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on SpotBet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except in the case of a technical error.
• If a game or match is cancelled for any reason, SpotBet will refund the stake.
• SpotBet reserves the right to void any winnings resulting from a programming bug or technical error.
• Bets confirmed before an odds change in Sports Betting will be settled at the original odds.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and event and are set at SpotBet's discretion.

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a technical issue interrupts a game, SpotBet may void that round and refund the stake.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SpotBet and will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Collusion or Conspiracy: Attempting to manipulate outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Software Exploits: Use of bots, automation software, or hacking tools.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or false information.
• False Information: Providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Underage Accounts: Operating an account in the name of a person under 18 years of age.

08 Responsible Gaming Policy

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits at your convenience.
• Session Time Limit — you will receive a warning if you play beyond a set period of time.

• If you submit a request to close your own account.

When an account is closed, any withdrawable balance is generally returned — however, if the closure is due to a breach of terms, your balance may be forfeited.
