Account & Registration

Signing up with SpotBet is quick and straightforward. On the registration page Go and complete 3 steps — personal details (name, mobile, date of birth), account details (email, username, password), and submit after accepting the terms. The whole process takes just 5 minutes.

To register, you'll need an active Bangladeshi mobile number, an email address, and you must be at least 18 years old. A National ID card may be required later during KYC verification.

In most cases, a bet cannot be cancelled once submitted. However, some markets offer a Cash Out feature that lets you close your bet at its current value while the match is in progress. If Cash Out is available, you'll see the option on your bet slip.

If a match is abandoned or suspended, bets are generally cancelled and your full stake is refunded. However, if a minimum number of overs or periods have been completed, results may still be settled. This depends on the rules of the specific market.
